Waypoint was designed to be an approachable blend for all skill levels, serving as a guidepost or save point along your espresso journey. Components of the blend may change depending on the season, but the end result will be the same. Chocolatey and savory sweet notes complement milks of all types and straight shots go down easily, making the decision to "just have one" a challenge.

Using a triple basket, 20-21g coffee in, 35-40g espresso out over 30sec. Brewed at 200°F and 9BAR. If you like double baskets, try 17-18g over 27-28sec at different yields. Enjoy!
