Refund policy

At Parabello, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Certain items (such as skincare, personal care products, and sale items) are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at milena@parabelloshop.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email milena@parabelloshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Ship your item back, and once received, we’ll process your refund.
