Shipping policy

At Parabello we’re a small business and truly appreciate your support! Below are our shipping details to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
  • Local Pickup: Available for customers close enough to pick up– we’ll email you when your order is ready!
  • For Localies: We will drop orders off to local customers within a 20 mile radius

Where We Ship

  • Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If you experience delays, please check your tracking information or contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to milena@parabelloshop.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
