Lucky Iron Fish

The Lucky Iron Fish is a simple cooking tool that is designed to add a significant portion of your daily required iron intake to your meals. 

 Simply add the Fish to boiling water or any liquid-based meal (such as soups, stews, rice, etc.) for 10 minutes to fortify your meal with healthy and natural iron.
